Representatives of the companies shared their experience in the construction of houses from laminated timber, and also spoke about the construction quality control system. In addition, Andrei Ptichnikov, head of the Forest Stewardship Council of Russia and the CIS (FSC), spoke at the presentation. He stressed the need for responsible forest management for all producers. Konstantin Blinov, director of development for the NLK Domostroenie branch in Moscow, shared information on the status and prospects of industry certification in the construction of wooden houses. Oleg Karlsson, architect and author of the ABS-Stroi house project, also spoke at the opening.
The participants in the presentation supported the presentation by Roman Konyakhin, the managing director of the Low-Rise Country exhibition, on the importance of cooperation between all participants in the market for the design and construction of country houses.
