TAMAK, together with Credit Europe Bank, have begun to build a program to subsidize loans for the purchase of wooden houses.
From April 2018, Russia began to operate a program of subsidizing loans for the purchase and construction of wooden houses. As previously it was proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
The relevant Resolution No. 259 of 15. 03. 2018 was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
The loan rate is determined by the bank, and the state reduces it by 5 percentage points.
The requirements for the house are very simple - the program applies only to wooden houses exclusively factory-made.
TAMAK is one of the few enterprises in Russia that meets all the requirements of the Ordinance. "Credit Europe Bank" was chosen as a partner for a number of advantages in the implemented programs for crediting the construction of wooden houses:
- the borrower acquires a set of houses not with a mortgage, but with the help of a consumer loan does not require the borrower to provide existing real estate and housing to be acquired as collateral;
- the borrower does not need guarantors.
For customers who hurry until August 31, 2018 to take advantage of the preferential credit rate, TAMAK will provide an additional 10% discount on any set of frames -panel cottage.
The program of subsidizing the construction of wooden houses will last until November 30 of the current year inclusive.
