men

but
beautiful is it!
The ocean is important for me,
I watch it every day.
Do you see the boat on the top photo? You see it better on the
next, just a dot in a big universe.
Are we as big?
I heard some noise from the
street on the upside of my house.
What is going on?
It was a worker cleaning the street, he even took away some weeds.
"Has to look nice for Easter"
he said! Thanks!
Todays music link is one of my
favorites, here with Dalaras, live from the Herodes Atticus in
Athens, - you know the amphitheatre on the right hand side when
walking up to Akropolis.
I dream of going there on a concert, - best with Dalaras, of
course!
Here is a link to the song, and for those more interested, a link
a bit further down telling how the song was made, - story told by
the composers wife.
Just wonderful, I think!

Don't be angry with me, apple of my eyes,
for leaving abroad.
I'll become a bird and
come back to you.
Open your window,
my blonde basil,
and wish me goodnight
with a sweet smile on your face.
Don't be angry with me, apple of my eyes,
now that I'll go away from you.
Come out for a moment to see you
and tell you goodbye.
Open your window,
my blonde basil,
and wish me goodnight
with a sweet smile on your face. |
